Introducing my new niece!!!! Isn't she darling, i can't wait to meet this sweet little girl. She has spent the first part of her life in an orphanage in Eastern Europe and soon she will be with her new family in Utah! My brother Kris and his wife Kecia have decided to adopt this precious little girl. She is 4 today and she has down syndrome. Kris and Kecia have a little girl, Bree, who also has down syndrome and it turning 4 next month which means they pretty much will have twins! So sweet to think they will have someone to rely on forever. I now will have 3 nieces that have down syndrome and they will all be on this journey we call life together! I feel like the luckiest aunt in the world, for they truely impact lives all over they world, you can not even imagine how sweet they are unless you have been around them. Kris and Kecia are such a great example to us of living a righteous, selfless, happy life and are and will be continue to be amazing parents to this little girl and their family. We are so excited for them and to have her in our family. They have just started the process and we are hoping it takes no longer than a few months for her to come home to her new family! Kecia is such aan amazing mom, I am so excited for Bree and the bond they will have. Does this beautiful little girl have a name yet?? So exciting for them, all the new cousins this year. wow!

Your sister sounds pretty amazing, and YOU are one loving and supportive aunt! I read the tribute on the other blog too (the link you put up) and got completely teary-eyed. This little girl is going to be so blessed.
