It is a tradition in my family that we throw the groom a TOOL SHOWER, its only fair right...the girls shoudnt be the only ones to get all the fun parties! For anyone who has never been to one before pretty much it is a "Tool/Guy" themed shower. We are so glad everyone was able to come, it was a blast. Thanks Dad for putting everything together, we loved it. We had some guessing games as you came in with screws, bolts, washers and nails in a container and you had to guess how many there were in each ...the winners received exact o knifes, sizzors, duck tape etc. There was a tool quiz which had fun question about tools ha ha which Roman and i failed, we need to work on that! We had dinner and then the men had a competition hammering different sized nails into a huge post and screwing a huge bolt into the post also. We were going to saw the board into sections but due to the weather it was too cold so we didnt get to finish that. We got so many wonderful tools to use in our new place, they came in all sorts of packaging which was very creative.... some were completely duck taped, some in garbage bags, paper bags, plastic bags etc. It was so much fun and we appreciate everyone that came and all the gifts we received, i know they will all come in useful in our new place. Ps I know its a long one with tons of pics...sorry! I need a program that i can make a collage with pics :)
